Mr. Raj Pillai is an accomplished Civil Engineer having expertise and exposure to World Class Construction. He has been involved with Construction of Large Projects in India and Overseas.

Raj Pillai is probably the only civil engineer in India who has successfully completed following precast projects.

Sobha Dream Acres which is probably one of the, Largest Quality 'Affordable Homes in the world has been Mr. Raj’s brain child. This project comprise of Ten Million sqft using precast technology wherein 200 apartments, were delivered in Twenty Months ahead of schedule. Mr. Raj is also known for his expertise with high performance concrete GFRC and other advanced materials, Currently Mr. Raj is engaged in Propagating Advanced Technology in Construction, namely precast. And under his leadership, Starworth Infrastructure & Construction Limited executed a two million sqft Residential Project Park Square for Puravankara Limited using Precast. He was also involved in Hybrid Precast Construction for Taj Hotel, Bengaluru, Airport Radar surveillance system Bengaluru Airport & Prestige Primerose project. 

Currently he is helping Sumeru Reality  a subsidiary of Shri Shri Ravishankar  Trust for their Hari Vishram project in precast.

Mr. Raj has been Chairman of Bangalore Centre and Vice President- South of Indian Concrete Institute. He was also a member National Building Code 2016 on Precast Section.

Mr. Raj has delivered Lectures at place like Berlin, Singapore, Shanghai, Kuala Lumpur, Cape Town, Dubai and Doha etc., at various prestigious conferences.
